unhappy monuments
Graphic identity for the “unhappy monument” art exhibition held in Eleftherias Park, a popular leisure spot for Athenians. Inspired by Marcel Duchamp’s Unhappy Readymade (1919), the exhibition curator asked the participating artists to contemplate the notion of the anti-monument. A bright orange and pink palette was chosen to contrast with the park’s green grass and trees.
